I had a great experience at this hotel! My room was very clean, with a modern design, huge, comfortable bed, lovely sitting area by a floor-to-ceiling picture window, and large desk space. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with many Asian and Western options. I also enjoyed a massage at the hotel spa during my stay—one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had! The hotel staff were amazing—so kind and always ready to help. They brought me extra drinking water each day for no extra charge. Highly recommend!

Booked 2 standard rooms for 1 night on June 2025. Cozy room and my family was so happy because the room was upgraded by front office team. Overall it was awesome experience and thank you for the excellent service from the staff especially Ibu Inka, Bapak Sani, Ms. Fitria and Ms. Gaby.

Good place for a quick Overnight stay close to the airport. Very helpfull staff who helped me deal with contacting an airline to resolve travel issues. Reasturant was ok, but not great. Was comfy and quiet enough.

A bit dated, and our taxi for an early departure didnt end up getting booked. the front desk person did a great job sorting it for us.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and both times have been consistently excellent. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place with top-notch service and a great atmosphere, this is it. Let’s start with the staff, every single one I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely warm. From check-in to check-out, the service felt sincere and efficient. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The ambience throughout the hotel was also very pleasant. Now, let’s talk food. Honestly, the variety is insane. I mean, they don’t just offer a few choices—they have stations for everything: - A Kopi Tiam corner (which I love), - Minuman kemasan station, - Coffee machine for proper brewed coffee, - A juice station, - Snacks for kids, and… Drum roll for extra effect, yak congrats for all for parents they have a playground area in the restaurant itself! If you’re traveling with children, this is a game changer. The restaurant is very spacious and lively, yet well-organized so it doesn't feel chaotic even during busy breakfast hours.
