The location, balcony, and opportunity to meet fellow cruisers in the large open front room area and the huge balcony made this absolutely wonderful for us. This hotel definitely has the potential to be a 5 . It needs to be freshened up with paint, the kitchen has so much potential but way underused, and unfortunately as much as we love Stefano, all the guests actually helped each other including letting each other check in, showing them how to use things because Stefano wasn’t around a lot. It wouldn’t necessarily be a problem if they gave more instructions on how to do things and made it easier to get in by yourself, ie the code to the front door beforehand and a code to the entrance to the hotel on the first floor.

No employees here for check in, no one showed up to set up breakfast. Only good thing is the air conditioner.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for cruisers. It is very close to the port and the train station, and so many dining options! There is a daily city market nearby for fresh vegetables and bread, and there is a small fridge in the room. There is also a grocery store nearby. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

What a pleasant surprise to find the property so close to the local restaurants, the waterfront and the cruise ship port is walkable! When we booked we hoped that it lived up to our expectations- it delivers

Excellent guest house. Notified 7Bell’s House in advance my arrival time via WhatsApp, used an Airalo eSIM for data since we’re from the United States. He was there and checked us in quickly. Room was clean. Stefano was friendly and professional. There’s a small elevator. Next morning we walked 10 minutes with luggage to Largo Della Pace for the free shuttle to the cruise terminal. It was much easier than I expected. We arrived a little too early at the cruise terminal, my advice is arrive at 10am, they don’t allow passengers into the building until 10am.

The owner Stefano was very friendly and accommodating...i would recommend his place....

Good service from Stefano. They did expedite the room cleaning and that allowed us to check in before noon.
