It was very well located for a cruise and checking out the town

The building is older and the elevator is very small but the room was immaculate and André was great in getting us checked in and ordering cars/taxis when we needed them. It was perfect for the two days we needed to adjust after flying here from the US. We walked around the town. It was great! Perfect for our needs.

Close to the port. But the building has only a very small sign by the door. We missed it.

Was greated and assisted to get luggage to room. Unfortunately no hot water for shower and no soap for shower

It was just one night but the location was perfect and the room was clean and they were responsive to our questions.

Staff is not always on sight and there was no posting of the hours. They seem to be there around 9am until about 11am then back sometime in the early afternoon but they do have a number to reach them at if there is a problem. Our second night there we had no water pressure and the toilet stopped working and was not in service when we left the next morning. Room was clean. Location was the best part of the Hotel minus the street noise.

I was coming into town and checking in around 8pm. There was no one at the premises so I was told how to get in. This is no problem and expected. However the person corresponding with me was not very responsive. In the morning there was still no one there and I could not get a response. There was no coffee, no breakfast. My tv remote did not work and the heater said that it needed a filter cleaning. I was told to check myself out (this was very much a self service with no assistance on how to navigate the town) I was there for a cruise. Nd was trying yo figure out how yo get a taxi to the port or if I should walk and once again no response. I never write reviews and have never felt motivated to write a bad one until now! I think for me it is very important to have a human interaction at some point!

Room a bit sparse but functional. Close to cruise ship terminal and they arranged for a cab to cruise ship

The check in process was terrible….when we got there the building was closed and there was nobody at reception. we had to make two phone calls to get the guy to come and open the door for us and this took over an hour and a half. He apologise and gave us a couple of bottles of beer but it was not a good check in and we were scared that we had lost our money. because there was nobody at the property most of the time to service the room we ran out of toilet paper and had no one to ask if we needed anything. One day we found another couple standing outside not able to get in so we let them in which was pretty poor because there was nobody at reception to see them so they just sat there until somebody showed up. it also says online that check-in is at 9 am but this is not true.
