We were having one night stay at this unique hotel… its location is so convenient to get around for good food and shopping! Moreover the manager is a very friendly and patient person.

Great location to cruise pier. Easy check in. The room was clean but could use a good coat of paint in several areas

Great location for staying the night before boarding a cruise ship. It's located in a neat old building with lots of charm. It's convenient to plenty of cafes and restaurants.

This is not a hotel or motel. It is a floor with nice rooms. The only time we saw anyone behind the desk was when guests were expected. It was difficult to reach out to anyone. We were very frustrated. The rooms were kept clean. The area was great. It was right by the pier. We wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel is older but clean and the staff is very nice. I do not mind staying here again.

They were very helpful before our arrival. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport and a driver the following day to take us to the port. The hotel is in an office building and very hard to find. Luckily a person was in the hall and we asked him where it was and he apparently was associated with the hotel. Otherwise we would not have gotten in. We arrived at 4:30 pm which apparently was after hours and we had no instructions how to get in. He let us into the front desk and gave us a key to our room. The room has no closet and is very basic. The bathroom was up to date and very nice.

Excellent location, great area and not far from the cruise ship terminal and walking distance to the train station!

Nice hotel to stay at before boarding cruise ship. Large clean rooms with a balcony with a view of the ocean. Great location for finding restaurants and shopping. They arranged transportation for us from Rome to hotel which was nice.
