Nothing at all, the most horrible place experience . if there was a 0 i would rate them that. they don't even deserve a 1. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unprofessional staff, the place was dirty, loud drunk minor, and no security at all , i have never felt so unsafe. the dirty resturant and bar was closed, no service at all when we arrived we were told that there was a double booking and we need to use the Cabin or rather a shack , which the most dirty place i was ever seen. after hours of fighting with the unprofessional staff, we were given keys to other rooms which as bad as the cabin . I will never recommend this even to my least fav person !!!!!!!!

Nothing is fancy about the lodge,the bar closed, safety and security, under age. Children were drunk and making noise as they were swimming at 12 midnight. NO proper security at the facility as any perdon comes and access facility.

The receptionist was rude. I and my family were subjected to carry our to the so-called cabin. Despite the fact that I tried to explain that I have not booked the cabin. she laterally refused to give us the keys for the rooms. We have to walk over to the cabin which is on top of the mountain ante tout not easily accessible. When we arrived on top of the mountain we found underage children playing the music very loud and all of them were so drunk and very disrespectful. No person was there to assist us, and poor security did not have the keys for those cabins. I refused to allow my family to stay in such an untidy place.no security fence around the cabin, members if the community could easily access the facility. We immediately returned to the reception, which demanded a refund since there were no keys or places to stay. After almost 2 hours were given the keys 🔑 . The receptionist young girl did not have a clue what was happening on the facility. Nothing was really good about the place. The some guest came and found a group of pupils arguing about the booking and just left with, raising safety and security issues, the general surrounding . We accept the two rooms we have booked as we did mo have alternative accommodation to stay gor yhe night. I would appreciate it if the lodge displayed the true pictures of the facility not to subject the guest to such a horrible place treatment we received.

I was given cabins (shacks)that were uphill where the car could not reach, we had to hike up there. I was told I booked cabins whereas i booked king suite and 2 deluxe double rooms. Those cabins were not safe and stinking. I had to fight in order to get rooms that i saw on booking.com After i fought i was given 2 rooms instead of the 3 i booked. We had to squeeze in the kids. It was a very bad experience. The receptionist was very moody and could not explain what was happening. I felt it was a scam because should i did not fight i was going to sleep in those shacks and someone else would sleep in the rooms that i was given later after fighting.

Loud music until we left at 7 in the morning. Didnt sleep at all. Bird poo in the room. Hole in the ceiling above the toilet.
