Only the bed and bedding was comfortable

The windows blinds are very transparent, i had to hide while dressing not even talking about 18yrs and above matters, it was impossible. The water was cold on Sunday morning. The restaurant was not opened as indicated, i had to drive 9 km for food and drinks. Rooms were not allocated prior to arrival. I didn’t get value for my money

Everything,the service is very poor,the furniture was not up to standard,windows were falling off we ended up using a fleece to cover up the windows

When we get, we asked the chef if we can place order for supper, she told us that they don't have the food. Okay, no problem, we'll eat in town after a game. Then we asked if we can have something for breakfast, that too, she said she can try to make something since they didn't have some food for full breakfast, so we decided not have kids breakfast at all. After the game when we arrived there, there was nobody around but only a security. Bar was closed, no remote for lounge tv, no batteries for the remote, no wifi, non of the room TV were working, they didn't pay the dish, even a simple ovhd was not working. I gave a security my phone to call management but they didnt answer calls. Jacuzzi wasn't working either, the water was lukewarm since one geyser is shared by about 6 rooms. My lady tried to bath, we don't know how, the room was full of water from the bathroom to the bedroom all the way to the balcony. When the staff arrived in the morning, after 8am, they didn't even bother to talk to us just passed by and carry on with their daily chores. I would be happy if they can revise my payment and charge me like a standard room and give me a change.

The place that we saw on booking.com and initially booked was beautiful however we didn't get to spend the night that was meant to be spent there. The experience I had or what I encountered erased everything therefore I didn't like anything about the place..

We had a terrible experience!!! We arrived late to this establishment at about 20h00, however they took us to another place which is closeby telling us that the rooms were full. We had to leave our car behind and we had to carry our bags because they said the car wont be able to go up the hills. The place is in the bushes, we had to climb the montain for about 30 minutes with our bags. We got to the place, and we were not happy with what we saw, the guy even struggled to open the rooms because we could tell that these rooms are not usually used. The was a horrible smell in the rooms and spiders crawling everywhere, infact we were scared of the place. We did not spend the night, we left immediately...luckily we were able to find a place in that short space of time.
