1.we called around 5pm to let them know we running late (they sounded confused) 2.i understand the poor road however I wish somewhere it should have stated “we should come in a bigger car to go up the hill. 3.Security guy helped us to our room when we arrived ,however we still felt like the guest house wasn’t prepared for as as we were put in a room that was obviously not cleaned,spider webs up the ceiling,in the shower and the toilet seat was dirty...they was no hot water and the air con wasn’t working..we asked the security to check for us and he then discovered the main switch for the geyser and aircon was off,however my fiancé was already asleep by the time the water was hot for a shower. 4. Next day we had an event we were attending (reason for the trip)and on our way out we were asked what time we coming back as the room we checked in yesterday wasn’t the room we paid for and we were a bit confused as we called and confirmed we are running late but anyway the issue now was that we were on our way to an event and we could change rooms as the room we were expected to move in to still had guest in which we couldn’t wait for all that....honestly our trip was horrible given the fact we were delayed to get to the b&b and worse to arrive to a place that is not prepared to welcome us
