La Loma Jungle Lodge and Chocolate Farm

La tranquilidad y la paz que se respira en el sitio. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel y te hacen sentir como en casa.

No es un todo incluido tal y como se entiende en el resto del mundo, no se puede elegir la comida, tampoco repetir, nada de bebidas incluidas tan solo agua y zumo. Realmente el sitio es muy bonito pero muy alejado de todo y esperábamos ya que el precio es elevadísimo tuviese incluido un desplazamiento gratis desde el hotel a las distintas atracciones de la zona. Solo hay WiFi en la recepción limitando el entretenimiento cuando no se puede hacer nada más por la lluvia. La ducha incomoda y de difícil regulación de la temperatura del agua. Al ser un hotel en la cima de la montaña subir y bajar desde el embarcadero a la recepción o la habitación es muy incómodo, 160 escalones con mucha pendiente. Nada de animaciones, ni gym, ni piscina ni nada de las comodidades que tendría un hotel de todo incluido. Si vienes a un retiro espiritual, yoga y desconectar de todo aciertas seguro. Más de 2 dias aquí es aburrido e incómodo, las noches pueden ser intimidantes pues la habitación está al aire libre y los animales, insectos y ruidos sin identificar y en plena oscuridad te impiden conciliar el sueño.

Faltó más comodidad en la pieza, por ejemplo para dejar las maletas y más variedad para el desayuno

El hotel es muy genuino y único, en un enclave especial rodeado de naturaleza con una biodiversidad increíble, pero para mí lo diferencial es el gran capital humano que trabaja en el hotel. es lo que a mí juicio distingue a este lugar y lo hace especial respecto a otro tipo de hotel que haya estado. Su amor por hacer bien las cosas, por estar siempre con una sonrisa, por dejar que todo fluya, lo bien que hacen las habitaciones, la pedazo comida que cocinan ( de estrella Michelin). Es un equipazo a la altura del pedazo hotel y su entorno.

Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis hier zu übernachten. Wir haben die Zeit in La Loma sehr genossen, von der Unterkunft, über die Verpflegung bis hin zu den Ausflügen.

Las personas que nos atendieron muy amables, atentas y preocupadas. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en lo que necesitábamos. Se preocuparon de las alergias alimentarias en cada comida del día.

This is the first place in my life where I could truly and completely disconnect. We live a very fast-paced life, but for the first time here, I felt like I didn't care at all about what was happening back home. This place is simply magical: the accommodation itself, the surrounding jungle, and the wonderful wildlife exceed all expectations. However, what impressed me the most was the amazing staff. The service, the food, and every little detail ensure that guests get the absolute best jungle experience and relax to the fullest. Seriously, every single member of the staff is fantastic! Everyone has their own specific role, which they perform perfectly, with incredible love and dedication. I had one of the most defining experiences of my life thanks to them. Hats off to them, they have all my respect, because without their hard work and passion, this place wouldn't be as special and magical as it is.

I liked absolutely everything. Every moment, the environment, and the service were simply perfect.
