Very good hotel, all around are walking distance. Hotel lobby provide an area for take rest and provide free coffee and tea. The hotel tub bath is a typical Japanese style and the spa amenities are free. Highly recommend to stay there

Good hotel but was hard to find a restaurant that would serve one person at a table.

Good location. But room was too small. Bed frame was protruding and causes to knock when walking.

I asked for an extra blanket and they said the hotel doesn’t have any! Very strange for a hotel not to have extra blankets. Does that mean they give new guest old blankets other guests have used????? Very disappointing, wouldn’t recommend

I'm very happy there, the hotel is conveniently located as it is near store, restaurants and transporting stations etc. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

All stuff we’re very kind here, also easy to transportation.

Good location

The hotel is right in the middle of the Myeongdong shopping area, which makes it super convenient to shop and explore the night markets for some cheap, yummy eats! The downside of this though is that the streets are super crowded and it can be a pain when rolling your luggage through the crowds or just trying to get back to your hotel after a long day of exploring Seoul. The hotel overall is quite good. Clean, really kind and helpful staff, and they provide a lot of amenities (Pajamas, free coffee, bath salts, free use of their umbrellas, etc). The rooms are a bit small though and either the soap (which smelled way too strong) or the water really dried out my skin. (I stayed at other hotels in Seoul and Busan and didn't have this problem) I think for the price range, it's a great value though!

Great and convenient location, you step outside at night and Myeong Dong night stalls are just outside and a number of shops that are open both day and night. The under ground trains and buses are on the same street or nearby, easy to get to other tourist locations from here. There are people dressed in red during the day that can help tourist just outside, who are very helpful. Staff was also very helpful in providing instructions or offering suggestions when asked. The room was small compared to what you’re used to in Australia, but we didn’t mind- it was clean and a great location and loved the complimentary pjs to wear at night.
