ReadySet Apartments on Rose Lane

The size and layout of the apartment was ideal for our stay

I have two key pieces of feedback relating to safety and cleanliness Safety On multiple occasions during our stay, myself and other guests while having a shower we were scolded by hot water after the cold water was cut off to the shower without any reason. It was confirmed that the cold water supply was cut off during these shower events as after turning ALL hot water off and trying to run COLD only water, it resulted in NO water flow at all, for a short duration of approximately 30 to 45 seconds. Clearly a dangerous situation which DID result in scolding and discomfort. However, thankfully, no permanent or severe injury was sustained. However it could have been so much more severe if it was a young child or elderly person exposed to this. So this situation clearly needs immediate investigation and correction. Cleanliness The attached photos of the state of the cupboards, draws, fry pan, full unloaded dishwasher, kitchen sink and glass sliding doors and windows were found to be best defined as absolutely grubby and far less than satisfactory or what could be described as clean. Disappointingly the historical reviews of these apartments unfortunately appears to be 100% correct. As we were arriving very early, I had intentionally booked the apartment for one extra night so the apartment was available for our immediate access, there should have been absolutely no reason why these items weren’t appropriately identified and addressed before our arrival. I even mentioned this concern and opportunity as part of our booking (refer to the above communication thread). Other Items There was no coffee maker as advertised. The TV controller was faulty (not all buttons were functional). The cushions on the bed were stained. The lounge and throw rug were marked. The small coffee table has damage around its edge. There was no drying rack for clothing provided as advertised. The bed pillows are well past their prime and need replacing.

Great amount of space and great location

When we stayed , there was a stabbing or something and we couldn’t access our apartment for over 4-5 hours (until 2:30am in the morning) was extremely tired and annoyed

We didn't have breakfast. Maybe next time. Had an AMAZING view. Beds were comfortable. Quiet. Easy check in and check out.

Bit grubby. The couch was very stained and dirty. There was a couple of places that were significantly damaged/out of order in the pool area, and were just blocked off by a strip of yellow 'do not cross' tape, which didnt seem like it would meet a sufficiant safety standard. I was kinda worried to have my kids around it.

Great location, nice and spacious for our group.

At the time of our stay it was pretty warm and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms
