Couldn’t stay in house during day too hot Swimming pool was warm water

The game setup was good

Finding the location was difficult and getting the keys from the property owner was hectic, the wifi wasn't working properly

OK location. Maybe 1km from the beach. The unit is large, enough space for a large family. Has a pool table and a Foosball table, which the kids enjoyed. While it does have kitchen faculties - they are unfortunately outside.

Told to check in at 2pm - when we arrived the maid had not even started cleaning the room which was very dirty. Reason she explained was there was no water !! So we all had to go to the beach for a few hours with all our luggage. Next day the water ran out again and they sent a water truck to fill the tank. At some point the following night (our check out morning) the water ran out again. We didnt realize until people were using the toilets and they wouldn't flush. As we were leaving that morning we had to drive to a gas station and use the toilets there. So we checked out and couldnt have a shower or anything. Nightmare. Unit has a jacuzzi - its broken Unit has a sauna - its hotter just sitting outside.

It was decent place to sleep, cook and eat, so decent value for money. aircon in bedrooms. 25kwh included per day. We only used 4 in 2 days - so no extra charges.

Pictures on listing showed sauna, pooltable, tablesoccer.. NONE where actually there. Only small, 0,5m pool. Only aircon in bedrooms - so 4 people have aircon. the 2 (max) on couch only have a fan.

Everything was like picture very good service

The bed,bedsheet are worst smell. They didn't change or even wash it. The dining tables,center table and chairs are not stable.
