Thai Orange Villas - Private Pool Villas - Modern & Privacy

Price was honestly good and we liked the pool table, the foosball table, and the sauna. Also extremely spacious and very suitable for a group of friends.

We expected a landed property but it was a shophouse. This was not a problem in itself but it would have been better to know that in advance. Furthermore, there were heavy leakages during rainpour; in the top floor bedroom rain was severely dripping from the ceiling. Next was the water supply: after a certain hour, in the evening, no more water was available in all bathrooms (both toilets as well as showers). Lastly the bathroom on the first floor (which is considered the second floor in Thailand): smelly water (we suspect coming from the upstairs toilet) was dripping from the ceiling, making the bathroom very unpleasant, if not impossible, to use.

There is really nothing to like about this property. It was mis-represented in the Booking and the pictures were from 2 different buildings. The "voice on the phone" was not friendly and the location was hidden down a very small street.

Don't waste your money on this "villa" It is not a villa, it is an old home with no air conditioning in the main rooms and only 2 very old and damaged air conditioning units in the bedrooms. You will be very disappointed if you book this unit.

Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Thailand, this villa provided a serene and luxurious retreat that surpassed my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and personalized service. The staff at Thai Orange Villas were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel truly pampered and well taken care of. The villa itself was a stunning oasis. Set amidst lush tropical gardens, the architecture and design of the villa were exquisite. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tasteful decor to the high-quality furnishings. The villa boasted spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, providing all the amenities one would need for a luxurious and relaxing stay. One of the highlights of Thai Orange Villas was the private swimming pool. It was beautifully maintained, offering a refreshing escape from the tropical heat. I spent many hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the tranquil surroundings and soaking up the sun. The poolside area was also well-appointed with comfortable sunbeds and outdoor seating, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the picturesque views.

Owner demanded more money when we left to cover cleaning costs and withheld this from the deposit.

Location is good if you have transportation

little trek to the beach, just under a mile. wasn’t too bad really.

Good location, fast internet

Very bad communication with PlanB agency. No customer service. They raised three times prices per night, once we tried to stay longer, they also wanted 2000 baht deposit. Additional night is 2000baht. Kitchen stove was not working.
