"Okay stay, but beware they will keep your 2000 baht deposit and not respond to questions about it."

Decent location, although further away from everything than would have been convenient. The company manage a lot of properties. On the street we were on there were two other houses managed by them. The maintenance team were awesome, as one of the air conditioners stopped working and they sent a some super friendly guys within 30 minutes and got it working again. It was quiet, and the property itself was fit for our needs. Good spaces to chill out and close enough to a few restaurants and convenience shops to not worry about having to out of your way to get any necessities.

Charged 2000 baht deposit. Which I enquired about returning when we were due to leave. They never responded and I am yet to receive the 2000 baht deposit back. Furniture has seen better days as alot of it needs repair or replacement. Pictures used to advertise Thai orange villas are inaccurate. It mentioned/ shows a sauna and pool table but these were not present in the property we were allocated. Overall it was an okay stay and I respect a number of ways they operate, however not even responding to my request regarding the deposit is incorrect and for that reason please be aware when booking through them.

The swimming pool is small but nice. The cleaner came every day to keep it clean.

Sometimes it's noisy from a neighbor. No one ever comes to clean the house. So if you gonna stay for a long you have to be ready to find someone to clean or do it yourself. The furniture and appliance is old enough. No common knife in the kitchen just a big axe.

"A disappointment in disguise"

Nothing much. Was just an average stay.

Was disappointed with the location (very far from city center) and misleading images (is not as spacious as it seems in the images).. The property is In a residential location and we couldn't even have fun because of the angry and intrusive neighbors. Whats the point of having private pool of you can't make noise in it? The property owners made us wait for both check in and check out as they don't live near the property. Luckily, we only had to stay for a couple of nights.
