Quality of food was very nice

Room as well bathroom are not well maintained and clean. Location of hotel is in very crowded place i.e. opp.varanasi cantt station..hence so crowded and polluted environment nearby

Very mush approachable from cantt railway station. reception staff is good. Good Breakfast which was complimentary. Executive rooms are ok.

Not suggestable to stay in deluxe room as small in size, no ventilation, moisture on walls etc. Executive rooms are ok. I booked deluxe room but after reaching hotel found difficult to stay for the reasons given above. Room was changed to executive room on request with additional cost of Rs 1000.00. However, due to technical reasons same was not charged later on. House keeping service is very bad and need number of reminders.
