The hotel room was not ready when we arrived. They took some time to prepare the room, which was absolutely fine. However, the room cleanliness and stuf like bedsheets and blankets were not clean - smelly and unhygienic. There were flies in the room. Even though we mentioned to the room service and the manager abou it, it was not addressed. So, we had no choice of using the smelly room and badly used bedsheets and blankets. Very unhygienic! We had clearly mentioned about other room to be closed to each other, as I had my mum to be with me, but they didn't manage to do this. No sorry and no apologies. They simply ignore some requests! The worst part was they charged Rs. 1000 for the very old and dirty bedsheets just because my child draw a line on it with a sketch pen. As mentioned above, the bedsheets was very dirty and needed cleaning. Once cleaning was done the bedsheets will be back to their normal condition. But they charged for as a new bedsheet price. Very inconsiderate staff at the management level/front desk. Never going to them again even though the location is in front of the station.
