The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff.

The sheets on one bed were dirty with make up stains upon arrval. The shower had mold and hair in it and the a/c was not working. We were moved to a new room the second night after the a/c was not fixed, but the new room was a smoking room and smelled of cigarette smoke. We do not smoke and did not reserve a smoking room, but just endured it for the last night of our stay.

We were late arriving, and didn’t access anything except the front desk and our rooms. This is why I am basing my score only on the location in proximity to our destination, and the courtesy of the person who checked us in. She was most professional, courteous, and friendly.

While the general cleaning and stocking seems to have been up-kept, I noticed a few underlying signs of neglect or overlook that made me wonder if the hotel was too short staffed to have the detailed cleaning done, or if inspections were not being done to ensure proper cleaning procedures were being performed. Example: In the bathroom, a substance was dried on the wall that was at eye level near the toilet.

They advertise there is an indoor pool. There isn't one. They are aware of the issue but haven't corrected it. Main reason I booked it.
