Kasa Altmayer Savannah

The location was great and the space was perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and we loved being able to do a quick load of laundry. Access was easy and convenient. Staff were very responsive, even bringing us a French press when I asked about a coffee maker (they provide steeping coffee bags, but I wanted to brew grounds I had brought).

We would have liked more towel hooks in the bathroom. A small stool or nook in the shower for shaving legs, as well as more shelves for toiletries (I had to put all my items on the shower floor). A coffee maker, pour-over, or French press in the kitchen. The USB ports on my side of the bed didn't work. The blackout curtain didn't cover the window fully. A second luggage rack. These are all pretty minor things.

Location, furnishing and ease of use.

Through a few conversations maintenance/housekeeping attempted to rid the bathroom of a sour odor and were able to unclog the shower/tub. The ceiling fan above the bed was also missing a pull cord so the light would come on, but the fan would not turn on.

Great location, super central which made it easy to pop back in with shopping/to get changed during the day or in the evening. Air con was a welcome relief, exactly as expected, very comfortable visit.

The only thing I'd say is that whilst the apartment was clean, there was dust on the fan over the bed so we didn't use the fan (which wasn't needed anyway due to the aircon) but that's just a small fyi

By far this was the best hotel stay i have ever had. Firstly, security is amazing. There are 3 pin codes you have to enter to get to the room. First to enter the building, second the elevator, thrid the room, which in such a busy area made us feel much better. The room was waaaay bigger than expected. Amazing bathroom, awesome shower, and a full size kitchen. Now for the bed.. was the best thing i have slept on in my entire life. Loved it. Imo keeping this one saved in my favorites for future trips to savannah, as its right off broughton and has easy access to 2 parking garages just a block away, and has pedicabs passing by regularly for easy hopping from one spot to another down town.

Great location, room not as pictured! Select room showed a sofa yet this was not applicable to too . Also blinds did not shut so for 2 nights we had street and sun light coming on. When Kasa rectified the situation they did not tell us, therefore contractor came in when we were out - not acceptable.

We stayed for a long weekend for our first visit to the area. The place was easy to find. Clean and perfect location for walking around Historic Savannah. Parking is not available in the building but highly recommend the Lincoln street parking garage. We highly recommend this place for visitors.

Would highly recommend Kasa Altmayer Savannah when visiting Savannah!

When we arrived the temperature in the building was in the upper 80s. The air in our room wasn't working and the only window in the rental couldn't be opened. We tried to figure out what was wrong with the a/c and tried to contact the property. After two hours someone replied saying the a/c in the entire building was broken and it wouldn't be repaired until the following week. It was unbearably hot and we asked to be moved to another rental. There were none available and they verbally agreed to allow us to check out for a full refund. They said the request had to come from booking.com (which we learned was a complete lie) but that it would be processed. We coordinated with booking.com and confirmed we were leaving the property, without ever unpacking our bags. It has been one month and they have refused multiple requests to process our refund. As far as I can tell this is a completely fraudulent company.
