Kasa Altmayer Savannah

I liked everything in this property. I felt amazing it was like my own house. Nice location very clean and quiet. We all loved it. I would like stay here again. Nothing to complaint about the property.

Very good space, well stocked kitchen. Apartment right in the middle of everything, but still no noise. Great check in process, worked perfect.

My husband and I checked in and immediately saw a dead smashed cockroach on the bathroom wall. We contacted the property immediately as we were not going to stay and wanted a refund. The person on the phone offered to have maintenance come spray- this is illegal. According to Georgia health codes, a professional extermination company needs to do it. Because we booked through a 3rd party site they claimed to not be able to grant an immediate refund. Hotels.com could not offer a refund without manager permission. After 3 hours of back and forth and a threat to the health department, i was finally connected to a manager. Sophie was amazing and refunded us completely. As we were leaving the property we saw another customer and mentioned our experience. She mentioned she had also seen a cockroach but was almost done with her stay. Yes, cockroaches are a thing in Georgia but 1) its a health code violation and 2) either the housekeeping staff or the last customer smashed it and left it. So that is a statement to the lack of cleanliness this property has.

Excellent location

The ceiling fans were not working properly! Fix them!!!! Also the curtain was cheap and did not fit the window properly, when we pulled the curtain to close it the curtain rod started to move and it was ready to fall off!!! There was no way to readjust it, it was to high! Fix it! Spend a little money to fix it!!

We absolutely enjoyed staying at Kasa Altmayer!! It was so nice to be able to have a FULL SIZE kitchen, and also have washer and dryer in the room (even though the dryer was little wonky to work with) The room was pretty clean!! Few things I recommend is to have a broom/mop somewhere in the room to help those with a family staying can easily cleaning up messes after kiddos!! And to have a shelf or rack in the shower to make it easier to put toiletries in the shower without having to bend down!! Elevator was easy to use with the code!! Parking is tricky but we managed, but wish there were luggage carts to help easily unload and load up since there’s no parking! But we managed!!

The room was very nice. The property was close to so much in Savannah

It was easy to check in and we were located conveniently in the center of the historic district. Only gripe is that the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors but fortunately they were not too loud. It can also be hard to find groceries nearby so we had to get them delivered.
