The Altmayer may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no parking. Paid parking options can be found nearby. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and HDMI cord for streaming. You will be in a lively neighborhood that is prone to noise from nearby nightlife. The street is closed due to ongoing construction. One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. I arrived at the room , I was assisted by the virtual front desk. They sent the code 30min prior to check in . I got into the room/apartment , I guess the atmosphere was different from like a hotel . So it didn't feel as cozy. I went in checked my bed and I noticed spots and stains on the sheets , I immediately notified the number that had been communicating with me and they had a nice lady come make our bed with brand new linen. Other then that our stay was good. They also gave me a 100 gift card for the inconvenience and I thought that was very nice. Thanks for everything Kasa.

The lobby and elevator could have been clean.

I liked the location,.

The church bell, parking and leak in apartment. I would recommend providing a parking pass for stay. Closest parking garage elevators inoperable. Drove around several minutes to find adequate parking.

Other reviewers are correct - your ability to control the temperature in the room is severely limited, which makes a mid-July stay less than comfortable. Halfway through our stay, guests in adjoining room became so loud we had to contact the (off-site) management.

the space

could have been cleaner The door codes didn't work the first night we were there - it was frustrating but the situation was rectified. A passer by seeing us struggling said they had the same issue at their Kasa accommodations across town.
