The Altmayer may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no parking. Paid parking options can be found nearby. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and HDMI cord for streaming. You will be in a lively neighborhood that is prone to noise from nearby nightlife. The street is closed due to ongoing construction. One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excellent"

Amazing location! This spot is truly in the heart of old town. We spent 5 days downtown without a car. We comfortably walked to tours, restaurants, all of the squares and museums. Bring an umbrella for pop up storms in the summer.

"Good place with terrible service"

Clean, big room

Unfortunately i was waiting for a very long time in the street with my luggage( was raining heavily) just to receive the password from the customer service !! They didn’t send it till 11:30 PM !! However, they send it and i checked in late .. all of sudden i received a massage telling me you have to check out at 11 AM sharp !!! I told them i was waiting you guys for a long you should respect that and give me extra one hour at least till 12 PM ! They refused immediately and telling me that we have 250$ deposit??? It’s like they were threatening!! Horrible experience by the customer service i will never come back.
