The room was smelling badly and we couldn't open the windows to freshen up the room. The refrigerator was dirty and sticky. The room needed vacuuming. Bathroom was dirty. We left one hour after check in.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel und wurden an 4 Tagen sehr früh von der Baustelle nebenan geweckt. An unserem letzten Tag war es bereits um 3:30 in der Nacht, weil etwas angeliefert wurde. Natürlich kann das Hotel nichts für die Baustelle, aber kann man die Gäste, die länger bleiben, nicht auf der anderer Seite des Hotels unterbringen? Der Kaffee in der Lobby schmeckte überhaupt nicht. Da stimmte das Verhältnis zwischen Wasser und Pulver nicht - viiiiel zu stark. Schade.

We have been to New Orleans half a dozen times and this is by far our favorite hotel! 1)Park in a covered garage and walk into a quirky, clean-scented lobby and be greeted by friendly, helpful staff. 2) Ride the roomy elevator with the naughty monkey wallpaper and arrive in the cozy conversation area at the end of a wide hallway. 3) Inside the room, drop your bags and stretch out on the clean linens of your bed or cuddle up on the couch with a throw blanket. 4) Step out the front door onto St Charles street and catch the streetcar to restaurants, bars, and Bourbon Street. 5) Return to a securely locked entrance, chat with the staff about your adventures, grab a snack before heading up to bed! 6) Pinch yourself for booking such a clean, spacious, convenient, unique place at such a great price!

Truly an experience! The staff was as friendly as they could be and the room was clean and comfortable. Anything I needed was provided and I have no regrets to qualms.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean and quiet.

Great stay- staff was attentive to our needs and was always ready to assist. We needed extra bath supplies and they immediately delivered them to our room. The only downside (and this is no fault of the hotels) was the construction that was happening right outside of our window. This did wake us up fairly early, but otherwise everything was 10/10.
