There were tiny ants that appeared the next morning (we only stayed 1 night and we got in late). We found them crawling all over our clothing and the bed closest to the window. Around 9:40ish, we had housekeeping come knock on our door when we had a do not disturb sign on our door asking when we were leaving so they could get in. We felt extremely rushed to leave at that point. When we were walking to the elevator to leave, we heard the same man that knocked on our door, know on another guests door and then walked in on them. We heard the guests yell at them for walking in. The cleaning staff that was on the floor while we were then leaving, kept starring at us and made all of us EXTREMELY uncomfortable! It seemed like everyone was feeling rushed at that point and flustered as we were all then trying to check out, and check out was supposed to be @11 at the latest. I’ve stayed at SEVERAL holiday inns before, along with lots of other hotels and I’ve NEVER had this bad of an experience before so I’m EXTREMELY disappointed. This location can do better!!

I love the pool but it will be better if you can eat and drink at least water there , not in the pool but at the side of the pool , other than that everything was great 👍

The maid service was great and very accommodating

The front desk staff was ok. I am still waiting for a receipt. I even called twice asking for it. Also, our room had ants. The towels and wash cloths were stained.

Lovely place but beds were half made upon our later arrival. The remote didn’t work and someone had to bring us another remote. There were no coffee cups in the room. The facility was attractive and clean otherwise.

TV did not work, they moved us to different room because bath tub was so dirty. My daughters room had ants., will not book holiday inn again

I am reluctant to write negative reviews but after my stay here I felt as though it warranted a warning to others. To start, we specifically booked this place to break up a long road trip after camping because it listed it had a hot tub, which it does not. The heated indoor pool was not well maintained (there were clumps of hair all around the perimeter), the accessibility chair was broken, and the rooms are not well maintained. We booked a King suite and our door was loud/kept getting stuck, the walls were so thin we could hear everything going on, there was language barriers with most of the staff and poor hospitality (they knocked on our door before check-out to rush us out). The worst of it all was the condition of our bathroom, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The vent was covered in thick dust, the tub had mold everywhere, there was soap residue on the walls, and hair from pervious guests. It looked like some areas of the tub had been just caulked over to hide the mold. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and don’t recommend if you’re looking for a clean, reliable place that puts effort into maintenance.

Nothing to like

My mattress pad had old blood on it. Showed staff took off, took my phone number down last Wednesday. Haven’t heard anything back. Called on 8-12-25 still nobody available to talk to me. Bathroom was old rusty caulk coming out. Comforted was nasty do not stay please!

The hallway smelled like vomit. Otherwise it was a great stay!! The staff were very kind and attentive.
