Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg I-81 - Hershey By IHG

I reserved 3 rooms for me and my coworkers. All 3 rooms were dirty. One had a broken shower curtain and one had bugs on the desk in the morning. We only stayed the one night and cancelled the remaining rooms. The staff seemed to be new. The general manager was very nice.

It was decent place to lay your head down. The room is awkward positioned and little small. The pool looked cloudy, but pretty, never got the chance to use it. There for a concert, easy access to and from, wish it had shuttle service.

I did not stay due to my daughter being sick and unable to travel 400 miles. I couldn’t talk to the hotel directly since I booked through Expedia. When I reached out to Expedia who said they called the hotel directly and spoke to the manager to explain my situation, the hotel would not refund the money for the two rooms I had booked. They would not even refund one of the rooms. So basically, I paid for two hotel rooms I did not get to use. I think it’s really sad that a company of this size would not refund 2 hotel rooms due to my situation. I do not recommend Expedia or Holiday Inn.

It was a nice stay. Bathroom just needs some upgrade.

Great customer service, Nick at the front desk was extremely helpful, the breakfast was convenient & our room was quiet and super spacious!

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room has an ant infestation, the bathroom is moldy, the shower head is clogged and dirty, sheets were stained furniture had grease and stains, dust everywhere couldn't even eat at the breakfast buffet because the place was so filthy. The worst part is the front desk person who claimed he's the manager and can do nothing about it. The "IHG" promise seems to be a scam to get customers. Do not waste your money here you'll regret it. I'm very upset that part of our family's trip was ruined because of this place.

We didn’t stay and left immediately. The hotel doesn’t want to issue a refund. It is disgusting and smelly.
