Holiday Inn Express Harrisburg I-81 - Hershey By IHG

We stayed here on our way home from vacation. Bed & Pillows were comfortable. Shower was concaved, so felt like you would slip. Didn't go in the pool. Not a great selection at breakfast- only the bare minimum and the tables were too close to the breakfast area, so not much room. Positive point was close to Hershey Park.

The bathroom needs to be cleaned and renovated. The tub was dirty and had some type of patch on it that was dirty and cheaply repaired.

I stayed with my family at Holiday Inn Harrisburg on the night of August 17, and it was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. * First, we were given Room 328, which had a strong mold smell. * After complaining, we were moved to Room 125. In the middle of the night, we felt something crawling on us and discovered ants all over the bed. * When I reported this to the front desk, the staff brushed it off as if it was normal and not a big deal. * Finally, we were moved to Room 105, but again found ants on the floor and table. We are a family of four, including two kids, and this was not only extremely uncomfortable but also unacceptable. I never expected this from a Holiday Inn property. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Great value for the price.

Their breakfast is great. Their beds are clean and comfortable. They have a microwave available on each room and they offer unlimited coffee.

The carpets are noticeably dirty if you walk barefooted, you will see that your feet is too dirty.

Everything was good and staff was incredible but the bathroom was very dirty. The shower had brown marks on it and the air vent was covered in black dust. Would come again though as the staff was so good!

The food was nasty and un cooked and didn’t come out on time.

The rooms were smelly the staff was rude and unresponsive and unreliable they barley wanted to help or assist you, the toilet in our bathroom got clogged twice and it took house keeping forever to come.

Not what it appears to be, thank goodness we are only in for a night
