Staff. I will call corporate when I get back home on Thursday. What happened to us was unacceptable and the staff would not address and refused to give me the manager’s name and when I asked for the manager’s business card, he said the manager did not have cards. What kind of operation is that?

"TERRIBLE "

Will NEVER stay there again. Dirty. Outdated. Not well maintained. Unprofessional staff. Not nice all. Windows cheap and old. Back door didn’t work. Some rooms under construction. Loud Crap all through the hallway. ( they should have closed the floor they were working on). Nails where I took my dog out Parking lot dirty. Light bulb in shower not work. Breakfast guy touched all food with no gloves. Mildew on shampoo and conditioner bottle.

I booked the room on Expedia. I checked in and the bed was literally on the floor. I have a bad back my husband has a torn Achilles we couldn’t get in the bed. I turned the keys back in and left. I know they re rented the room yet wouldn’t refund me. I will definitely call corporate on this hotel.

We chose this place for location. It’s not terrible but it’s not what it used to be. Main complaint is cleanliness, there was trash including a soda bottle full of what looked to be urine, behind the curtain. Luckily for everyone I found it before my toddler did. Next breakfast, was ok but you have to ask them to bring items out, like yogurt, then they put 3 at a time out for a whole Room of people just fill the fridge. And last staffing is minimal, having to wait 10 mins for assistance with your door lock not working. Just not very satisfied this time, and this is my 3rd summer visiting this hotel.

I reserved 3 rooms for a night. One of the rooms still had food in the fridge and cabinet. The parking lot was full of dump trucks so I guessing a lot of contractors are staying there. East access to I-26 and I -81
