Comfort Suites Innsbrook - Short Pump

Staff was nice and helpful. Property looks nice pool and Gym included. Room was clean but it was a dirty used towel hanging on the door in the bathroom and the 3rd floor hallway leading to my room smelled horrible and the people beside us smoked and you could smell in the bathroom so had to keep the door shut. It was also a lot of different type of people may or may not been on drugs. Our neighbors also had a fight at 5AM apparently someone stole something from him. The hotel itself was not bad at all it was really just some the people occupying it.

We had a small issue checking in. First room the door would not lock; second room had not be cleaned and no sheets on bed; third room was a hit. At night the room across the hall from us partied in the hall until 1:30. But I did not make a complaint because I did not want to cause any problems. Perhaps set some kind of noise signage to discourage that behavior.

Everything ! Rude staff FILTHY property Couldn't use the pool Dead bugs Ceiling leak Refused to give my money back & let me go to another property. Absolutely disgusting. Never will stay here again

The elevators were filthy and very hot. The breakfast was sub par. The carpet in my room was badly stained. The pillows were old and flat. The bathroom tile floor was filthy. The entire vibe of the hotel was unkept.

We had to change rooms 4 times because doors wouldn’t open rooms were flooded, then finally a door opened and it was the wrong size room so we then after going up and down to the 3rd floor, 5th floor, 2nd floor we finally got to a room that I paid for and a door that opened, the floors (carpet) in the rooms were very dirty and wet, my daughter laid her blanket down on the floor when it was picked up it was brown!!!! Love you Our feet if we dared to walk barefoot, which wasn’t often we would wear shoes to walk from the bathroom to the beds, but if we did our feet were sticky and black!!!!! We asked for towels 3 times, once mid day, one at 11pm and once at 7am each time we were told that all the towels in the entire hotel were washing!!! The bathroom shower had rust and was hanging, there was crayon all over walls, the shower curtain had brown stuff on the bottom! With 4 people staying in the double suite we had 2 towels we had to share!!! The door to the room would not fully close, we left for 2 hours and came back to our room door open!!! And when inside the room our deadbolt didn’t even work!!!!! There was so much loitering outside of the rooms and building it was almost uncomfortable to leave the room!!! For paying $250 for 2 nights, the happiest part of our stay was leaving!!!!!!! Got home and washed everything and showered!!! If I was offered free nights I would decline! Not even worth a free night!!!!!!!!!!

Poor quality hotel. Remote had no batteries, some lamps had to lightbulbs, and toilet didn’t work. Unfortunate for such a good location.

Toilet seat broken, couldn't use the tub, door security latch broken, no smoke detector missing., you had to slam door to get it closed or hard to open, microwave didn't work. Morning breakfast worker rude, in the way, started put stuff away at 9:30

It was impossible to get towels. We were told that they were all in the dryer. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work.

We get there and they don’t have the room we even booked for because of issues with rooms and now we know why. We get to our room and it smells horrible in the hallway and in the room we go to take our shoes off and my sock got soaking wet. We was going to another room but the guy said that the toliet was going to run all night and we left staying somewhere that didn’t smell like mold-floor was-dry and no bugs. Never will I stay in a Comfort Inn again!

Air-conditioning was good. Breakfast was good

First room looked like someone had a fire in the bath tub. Dirty finger prints on bathroom door. In the living room couch was thread bair.
