We had to which 2 room end up checking out

Mold along ceiling in the room, smelled like smokers throughout hallway and room itself (tried to mask with air fresheners), 4 hand towels provided (said out of bath towels, provided two pool towels when asked), bathroom filled with insects when we got up in the night. Horrible, horrible experience. Will be reporting to Board of Health.

The room they gave us was stuffy sticky and had little to no lighting! It smelled bad and just was not comfortable at all!! There was a terrible mix up with the hotel and hotels.com which made our check in even worse the side door by our room was broken so any and everyone could just walk in people were smoking weed outside the property just all around not the best experience

The hotel was one of the worst that I have ever seen, so bad that I cancelled my stay. The outside was dirty with beer cans. The location is in an office park area and did not appear to be near anything. People were playing cards on the grass. The lobby was loud and busy with people. Water from the pool traffic was on the elevators. Our room was on the top floor, but the furniture was very worn, no bar soap, and the toilet paper holder would not stay. While our room had air conditioning, the top main floor did not. A poor showing for Choice hotels.

breakfast was nasty

rooms were not as clean , hotel seemed like a hang out. their was pit bull dogs in the hotel as well as dog poop outside the hotel. couldn’t distinguish the staff from guest no one had on uniforms or name tags but one lady it was a mess and i would not come back .

Pubes in the bathroom upon check-in. Elevator barely working and not inspected since 2022. Smelled like cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Whole place was grimy and gross. The complimentary shampoo was opened and used. The tub was gross.
