Price and pictures captivated my attention! While on our journey, it was late, children were tired and we were ready to get off of the highway. We conviently logged onto our travel app and found this quality inn which was not. Staff was rude as I apparently interrupted their slumber. I adamantly apologized. I felt scolded. The room while outdated stuffed major flaws causing serious liability issues on the property and physical consequences for my child, all because he showered in a worn down damaged tub.

The juice was spoiled, the coffee was dusgusting you couldnt even drink it. There was stains on the sheets, the room smelled, and the towells had stains and holes in them. The staff was the best part of the stay. Dori was friendly and accomadating.

I tried to cancel the reservation & they said it was Non refundable. But the information with the confirmation said if your plans change no problem just cancel free of charge!

Housekeeping was awesome and keep room as clean as they could with tools they had. Bed was comfy.
