Rooms smelled of bug spray, stains in tub and cigarette burns in sheets also found bed big carcasses. It’s a Nono from now on with us.

Not as clean as I would have liked but comfortable beds despite the cigarette burns in the comforter. A few bugs spotted in the room and no ice on what of the hottest nights ever Good customer service

The first thing we noticed was that there were small holes in the sheets and a couple of 7-8 inch long rips in the blanket. One electrical outlet above the night table was hanging loose out of the wall. The phone didn’t work at all. We asked for a different room but we’re told they were full, unless we wanted to upgrade to a more expensive suite. On the positive side, at least the manager promptly replaced the blanket. The outlet hanging out of the wall he blamed on previous guests yanking their phone chargers out of that outlet.

Toilet didn’t flush, tub didn’t drain, sink SLOW!

First off, the toilet did not work. It did not flush completely. We called, and someone came with a plunger. He said he fixed it, but he did not. There were only two bath towels, two hand towels, two bath towels, one of which was stained. The coverlet on the bed was stained, as well as the lounge chair in the room. The lobby men’s bathroom, did not have a lock, and the women’s bathroom in the lobby did not have hand towels. Worst place we have ever stayed. Will never go back to Quality Inn in Andalusia, AL.

There was an electrical outlet near the bed that was hanging out of the wall and there was a big rip in the bed spread.
