"Terrible "

Terrible room. Room had a strong musty smell. Comforter on on bed had a burns on it. Sheets while clean had bad stains. When you shut door it had a crack big enough light and breeze blew through. Flip lock on door non existent and had been ripped off and not repaired. AC would kept shutting off until I got knobs set just right. Filthy hand dryer, holes in ceiling

My daughter checked in the day before and she called to tell me that she couldn't stay there. The bedding had stains and cigarette burns and baby roaches crawling on the shower curtains and not to come there.

Top coverlet was stained in multiple places and was over a white comforter that was also stained in multiple places. There were five to six burn holes in the fitted sheet as well. The toiletries on the sink had brown smudges of something mixed in with hair like it had been taken out of someone’s shower previously .

Property was disgusting upon arrival; with the poop stains in toilet, hair in bathtub, blood on mirror, burn holes in comforter, and hand prints on the head board.

Roach was on the bed and stains on all sheets don’t know what it was but nasty luckily we brought some extra sheets in case and did not have to use them but that whole place needs a hard scrub down

Sheets stained, battery door for smoke alarm was open with no battery in it, interior lock near top of door was broken off, door drug on floor while opening, peephole had tissue stuffed in it, no free breakfast as advertised. Very unclean overall.

"Charged me 2 extra nights, refused refund!"

The manager blamed me for booking my stay through hotels.com for the fact that I was charged for 2 extra nights and refuses to issue refund despite the fact that I gave him date/time/name of HIS staff member that I spoke with to change 1 day of my reservation. Do NOT recommend!

Got to the hotel pretty late at night due to failed hotel stay in Pensacola due to Expedia. During check in they told me they no longer had any rooms available even though I was able to book online through Expedia. Ended up staying in a room that was off the market because there was no A/C but the hotel gave us box fans. The front desk people were very nice and the maintenance man, Chris, was awesome. Unfortunate that there was no A/C. Expedia made our whole trip experience the worst.
