Property Notes

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder at Hance Park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The hot tub is located across the street in Building B. We can only accept packages, mail for 30 night or more reservations. Any packages, mail must be addressed to our central office at 2141 E Highland Ave, Ste. A150, Phenix, AZ 85016. These can then be delivered to your room by a Sonder Employe or picked up in the same office during our business hours. Construction noise is present due to new development. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10 195c. The City of Phenix short term registration for this property is 2020 0717. Vacation Rental License Number Arizona TPT 21272237.

"Rough around the edges."

Great facilities, pools, gym, and very clean building

The room was very cramped. The closet does not fully open as it conflicts with the bedframe. The TV room is awkward. Unnecessarily large bathroom. No soap holders or anything in the shower. Not a very nice area of town, but it has a good link to public transit. We were also missing a key fob for the building, still waiting to see if I got charged for it after communicating with the property.

"Will be back again!"

I absolutely loved my stay at this Sonder. The in and out directions were clear and easy to follow. The unit was clean and comfortable—just the right amount of space. Perfect for this solo traveler. I would’ve stayed longer if it wasn’t already booked!

I liked the aspect of it

It was very dirty and the walls were a mess and most picture frames were crooked and I mean like really crooked. The vent for the dryer outside was full of lint and the Air handler filter was so dirty. Even the always of the place were dirty and even q tips were laying all in the hallways. Also I never was told a room number or a lock box number that you use to get your keys and I had the wrong password for the box

"Catastrophe"

I had difficulty opening the account to get the info . So I called and got the access info to the apartment which was very nice. The info failed to inform us that we needed a permit to park in the garage although we were directed by the phone person to park in the garage. We were ready to get in the car to head to the airport the next morning to find out our car was towed away.! We missed our flight. It was quite stressful . There is no one at the facility to assist us . We won’t be doing that again . Never had a problem before. The info was always clearly communicated thru email or the booking app.

"Overall, decent place and good value"

Nice building and facilities. Apartment was nice and had everything I needed. Instructions for collecting key fobs need to be improved. Area to the north isn’t the best.
