Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder at Hance Park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The hot tub is located across the street in Building B. We can only accept packages, mail for 30 night or more reservations. Any packages, mail must be addressed to our central office at 2141 E Highland Ave, Ste. A150, Phenix, AZ 85016. These can then be delivered to your room by a Sonder Employe or picked up in the same office during our business hours. Construction noise is present due to new development. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10 195c.
