Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder at Hance Park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The hot tub is located across the street in Building B. We can only accept packages, mail for 30 night or more reservations. Any packages, mail must be addressed to our central office at 2141 E Highland Ave, Ste. A150, Phenix, AZ 85016. These can then be delivered to your room by a Sonder Employe or picked up in the same office during our business hours. Construction noise is present due to new development. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10 195c. The City of Phenix short term registration for this property is 2020 0717. Vacation Rental License Number Arizona TPT 21272237.

Great location for convention center, heard museum, phoenix art museum and Roosevelt row. Nice balcony.

The pull out bed needs replacing. The mattress was lumpy and uneven. Info that we could use the aqua suite and gym. A second comfy chair in the living room would be nice as we left the pull out bed pulled out for convenience.

"Nice week long stay in Phoenix"

The apartment was clean and well equipped for my husband and I. The only issue was the bed was really hard. Everything else was great! The building was clean and well maintained. It was centrally located but the sound of the highway was loud all day and night. Parking is limited so I recommend buying a parking pass when you book. Communication was great! Thank you for a nice stay!

"Great and affordable stay in Phoenix."

I enjoyed the pool and the unit. The unit was spacious and very clean and included laundry. Little extras like laundry pods, dish soap etc and coffee are included which was lovely. Well maintained building. Friendly staff. Nice big soaker tub.

The unit upstairs could always be heard walking and stomping. The pipes in the building make noises when people flush their toilet or shower. It’s a big building and the inside hallways are a bit confusing. Big numbers on the building would be helpful.

"Just no"

This is a sketchy neighborhood! The apartment is a nice size and clean, but the bed is rock hard and the toilet paper as cheap and useless as possible. Hot tub doesn't work. This place is a swing and a miss. Did I mention this is a sketchy neighborhood? The building management can't help that, but I would not have stayed here with my kid had I known.

"Felt like a local!"

The Sonder rental unit we stayed in was a comfortable efficiency apartment in an apartment building with mostly rented residential units. Perfect for our needs for 4 days in Phoenix. Within walking distance of Roosevelt Arts District restaurants (15 mins.) and even downtown/convention center (30 mins.) We also enjoyed the 2nd floor outdoor lounge one nice evening. Only complaint about our unit was the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Otherwise everything was great. Also took about 10 minutes to download the parking app for the garage. But enjoyed the in/out privilege and convenience.
