Property Notes

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sonder at Hance Park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The hot tub is located across the street in Building B. We can only accept packages, mail for 30 night or more reservations. Any packages, mail must be addressed to our central office at 2141 E Highland Ave, Ste. A150, Phenix, AZ 85016. These can then be delivered to your room by a Sonder Employe or picked up in the same office during our business hours. Construction noise is present due to new development. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10 195c. The City of Phenix short term registration for this property is 2020 0717. Vacation Rental License Number Arizona TPT 21272237.

"Not dark"

If you are like me and want a dark room to sleep in, this is not the place for you. There is no door on the bedroom, so every led light from the kitchen appliances light up the room. Also the livingroom windows have shutters, so there is a lot of light coming in there too. There were earplugs on the might stand and I know why. There was noise from above and the refrigerator was extremely noisy. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful, I think they were “my pillows”. Overall, the location was good and the room was ok.

"Nice, easy place to stay."

The location was very good for participating in the arts or getting on the 10 hwy. It was safe and the pay parking area kept you from needing to street park.

The bed was more like a futon and not as comfortable as I would have liked. No place to easily put your bags unless they were really small.

"This is definitely an Air BandB, but tries to sell itself as a hotel."

The queen bed was comfortable, I like a firmer bed, but it’s up against a wall which I don’t like, the gym for the condo building was nice. The virtual assistant was fairly responsive

Advertised as downtown, it’s not. Advertised as a hotel, it’s not, mostly permanent residents, was told the pool is heated, it’s not. The area did not seem safe, when Uber Eats delivered, I had to stand outside because he had a hard time locating the address and there is no lobby, area was not lit well and people were arguing outside, very deserted. TV instructions were vague

"Great value for money and good location"

The location was great - and the room was clean and tidy! I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer with pods for me to do some laundry! Such a nice added touch !

It was a little bit confusing as there are 2 sonder properties quite close together and I was looking for the luggage storage (which I never found) so I ended up walking about 1.5 miles from one Sonder building to the next.

"Just no, at this price"

Kitchen is nice. Bath towels are comfy. Convenient to have washer and dryer in unit.

The neighborhood is super sketchy. Would not have stayed there with my child had I known. Bed feels like a wrestling mat with cheap sheets that rustle loudly with every move. Cheap toilet paper turned to papier-mâché. No sound dampening-heard all neighbors all night long. Luggage lockers are a half mile away in another building.
