Sonder at Hance Park

The rug in the living area was thread barren and had a large stain on it. It was difficult for two people to access the queen bed, as one side of the bed was against the wall. Clean other than the rug. The courtyard was nice, but it smelled of cigarette and weed smoke, so this was not a place I wished to enjoy in the evening.

Great location in the heart of downtown! Went to Symphony Hall, had a great new experience with the speakeasy restaurant and bar Roughrider, and loved the eclectic bar scene down 2nd Street! All within the walking distance!!!

Location suited us

Pre-approval plan was very onerous and intrusive. Paid parking was ridiculously complicated, they asked for the VIN number of the vehicle. We never received the lock box number for the door fob and when we got to the room the door code was wrong and required a phone call. We were very lucky that a nice Sonder employee happened to see us struggling with the lock boxes, otherwise we would have had to try the pass code on everyone of about 40 boxes.

Really nice. Walkable to downtown. Easy to get in and out. Pool was a plus.

I got the wrong information from the Sonder app chat and had my car towed away. No responsibility whatsoever or even and I’m sorry from them.

We could not access our room with code given i finally received a new code the next day I was given credit for 1 day lost on reservation we liked our room I did request vinagar to clean black moss out of dishwasher and I had to scrub the filter to dishwasher that’s a good thing for cleaners to always check The tub had blk bugs coming out of drain I poured the vinagar down drain to get rid of those Otherwise everything was very good for us and the concierge was extremely helpful Thankyou we hope to stay again wonderful location for our hospital visits we had to do

Great location to downtown Phoenix.

It was somewhat confusing to find our room, and we could hear every footstep of the people in the room above us. Additionally, every time they flushed the toilet, we could hear the water running through the pipes.

We rented a studio apartment and the space was ample. We had all of the expected amentities. We were just 5 blocks from teh main street of th4e Arts District so we could easily walk to restaurants and galleries. Yoiu are right off the interstate but it goes underneath the city here and we couldn't really hear it. We were very concerned about the parking situation but there was ample and reasonably priced parking in the buildings parking ramp ($10 a day). We would stay here again. The building is quite a labrynth so bring bags you can roll or carry easily.
