"Dirty felt not safe."

Nothing much.

Dirty, water leaked, pool closed, workout room most equipment broken, someone trying to break in to cars, a guy tried to jump in my friends car when she was loading it. Breakfast was gross and dirty.

"Didn't stay. Got canceled out of my room for.someone to stay with more money"

Didn't get a room from this place . Went to check in to a room that was reserved 2 weeks in advance and was told it was canceled. They doubled the price on it and gave it another person . I had to look for another place till midnight that night . Just because they wanted to make more money on the room.

Keep the reservation that people get. Or call if they think they wont make it . Not cancel it and sell it right away leaving my family with out a room .
