"Room odor"

4.0

Room had an odor. I assumed it was in the carpet since it did not go away. Very disappointing. I have stayed at other Comfort Inns and have had much more pleasant experiences.

"For the price it was to high, the smell was to much had the window open the whole time, would never stay here again."

Close to light rail and mall

The room smelled like burnt wires changed rooms 2nd room smelled as well I asked for a discount. Plus bugs were present on bed and wall. Hot tub didn’t work, pool is right in front with windows for everyone to watch. one of the elevators didn’t work and the working one was slow. When you first walk into this hotel it smells like dust, dirty old bleach water.
