"Very convenient, walking distance to restaurants …very nice trail behind the motel, but very worn and carpets quite dirt"

The location was easy to find, and convenient. Breakfast was fine. The first room was so smelly, i requested and changed to another.

Very old, which is doable, but carpets were quite dirty…the shower was a very small and low pressure, and took quite a while to get warm.the first room i entered was so smelly, i requested a change,and the staff changed me immediately

The pool is not up to code, that is not a 4ft walk way with the chairs included it’s so slippery my kid fell right away just walking around. All the parents got soaked. Dirty, wet everywhere, no towels

"Lady with red hair at front desk"

We travel and work all over the country. Choice platinum member for last 4-5 years. Never had issues with checking in at front desk. The lady at front desk with red hair. Was the first person to deliberately and intentionally show disrespect. Immediately after we asked her to please call management. You could tell she was mad she was in the wrong. You could tell it bothered her so much to hand us a key card. Pure attitude. She was not calm. Raised her b voice. Was not helpful at all. Individuals like this should not be in Customer service positions. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful.
