It’s a very Good Property I would definitely like to Visit Couple of thing that Can be added Good Play area with A Small Basket Ball Area, Indore Turf , and Most Important Gym

Property not maintained. Housekeeping is not good. Tap leaking, No proper drainage in the bathroom. Food is below average. WiFi not working properly. No indoor games. Nobody came to clean the room for 2 days even after continuous requests.

I like location, environment , services, food , it was our dream to stay over night.

Greenery

The worst resort experience. I have never written a bad review after travelling across countries and different hotels and resorts. Definitely not a 4star experience. Bad hygiene, too loud and bad service. If you want peace and quiet don’t go as they will have loud DJ and karoke for hours at night which you can hear even with doors closed. During the day they will have loud noises as they will be setting up some tent. If you want to chill in pool, don’t select this as pool was always dirty for 3 night stay we had. Zero visibility in water, fully turbid and when you complaint they said it will be cleaned by the morning, it never happened. The groups that visit will jump in pool with shower cap and swimwear without taking shower further dirtying it with their fallen hair floating around. Let’s talk about service: They took one hour to check us in post their 1pm time and my mom had fever. We had to wait at their non AC reception. Even their restaurant, Baithak, even if you kept waiving waiters will take their own time to see you. Even after requesting for not so spicy food, they will bring extremely spicy food. If you need more reasons: we saw cockroaches in bathroom, the room walls had water seepage and bathroom ceiling had black mould. The garden always had dirt from the last tent, balloon remains. Waste of 40k and how. Also they will keep having events, so will be bad if you just want some peace and quiet. Definitely not recommended.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Reception front desk staff was poorly trained. Had a bad experience at check out. Bfst staff don not understand requests for coffee/water/tea. Too much chlorine in the pool. Fully dressed guests were swimming, which is unhygienic.

The resort is a overall nice package of good rooms, courteous staff, a well maintained swimming pool and a descent play area. The restaurant is also good and it did offer an overall pleasant stay with family.

I missed the covered parking and some better valley views would have made it an excellent scenic option.
