Suite room .. didn’t have second bathroom…

Many rooms were available, but we were charged extra money for suite room .. Main food area.. whether lunch or dinner or breakfast.. lots of flies / mosquitoes… no Fans available.. Food choices same for lunch & dinner.. nothing special.

Quality of food was very nice. Breakfast Buffet Spread was quite nice. Hotel is located on the highway so can be easily located

Rooms need upgrade, not that good. The cafe on the ground floor where breakfast buffet was served needs better chair/tables, most of them are very old and not at all stable

Staff was quite cooperative. Food in Baithak restaurant was quite delicious. Overall property size and location is quite good

Deluxe rooms are very small and not well ventillated. Very poor lighting. AC not working. The doors fitting were not maintained properly. Buffet menu for lunch and breakfast were over rated. Spread was good yet taste was not up to the mark. Swimming pool had 5.5 Feet depth and majority times due to this reason the mail pool was empty.
