Few pointers I would like to bring to your notice. We had booked junior Suite and When we checked in ,the pool was dirty and even the area besides the pool and furniture was covered with dust. No hand napkins were there. Both tv were not working. One day hot water was not there in bathroom for bath. Very loud music near the pool like a fish market- we had come to have a relaxed vacation and it was a torture,same loud music near game area too. From second day water was in given in unclean glass bottle and at room I was given RO water in Bailey bottle without informing,I noticed it because the bottle was not seal packed. Pls.note we had taken a package for good amount for 2 nights and if the hotel cannot provide packaged water bottle then charge for it too. But this kind of behaviour by your room service staff is absolutely unacceptable

Fresh air

Property had various issues , water dripping from Air conditioner which after complaint wasn’t fixed and dripped whole night . Television not working , Extra bed quality not good . Extra pillow was not good ,fat enough for kids to sleep . Staff behaved in appropriate

"Had nice stay with my family, room was clean, ac was working, food was good, staffs were good"

Room was clean, space in the room was good, amenities were all working, specially enjoyed their carnival games. My kids enjoyed all those games. Nice lights at resport and overall very good vibes. Had very good stay with Manas with my family.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The surrounding area was beautiful with good facilities. The staff were responsive and always ready to help.

The food could have been better. We were disappointed with the food options and cleanliness.
