"Although it’s a 25 minute walk to the start of the High Street, it didn’t have an impact on our stay."

The twin room we had was at the back of the hotel so was quiet despite being next to services - Petrol station, Greggs, McDonalds. The room exceeded our expectations with comfy beds and lovely bathroom with power shower (hand held and rain shower head) The breakfast was buffet style and had cereals, toast, hot food and tea/coffee station. There was a bar there if you would like a drink in the evening. The location being outside of Arundel meant we had to drive in for visit and evening meals but we always found parking places

The T.V. didn't always get reception which was slightly annoying. Would have liked some fresh fruit salad at breakfast to go with yoghurts.

The room was clean and the bathroom spotless. The bed was super comfortable and the room was located in a quiet part of the hotel. Good choice of food for breakfast. Staff were very polite and accommodating to a request made.

Perhaps a better coffee machine?

THE ROOM WAS OUTDATED LIKE TV .BEDS .CARPETS DECOR. BATHROOM AND THE KETTLE WENT DOWN TWICE TO GET NEW ONE BUT ALL THE SAME NOISE AND SHOUTING STILL 3.00 OCLOCK IN THE MORNING ON AND OFF
