We were late checking due to travelling from Kent and attending a wedding, first. Arrived at 11pm and staff were very helpful when I had an issue with there only being two beds in the room they directed me to. I booked for a family of 4 and the staff were able to quickly locate my second bedroom key and so we settled in for the night smoothly. The bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower. Breakfast was hot & well cooked with plenty of options to choose from. Very happy with my stay.

Having a room big enough for me and all 3 of my children (one is adult but Autistic) to accomodate us all together would have been amazing. Adding tomato's to the cooked breakfast as I am vegetarian & so would have liked them but I honestly am just finding things to improve on - I can live without them. :-)

"Comfortable but could have been cleaner."

Very tidy and comfortable. Staff we extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Food was fresh and plentiful. No ques which was good as we went at different times both days. Bed was comfortable and freshly made to a high standard daily as we stayed for 2 nights. Refreshments were fully stocked both days.

The rooms weren't very clean. Cobwebs and hairs in the bath and bathroom. Sofa and headboard had a musty damp smell to them. Window mastic was mouldy. Paid more than I felt it was worth in my personal opinion. Not all of the bulbs worked in the light fittings.

We came for the weekend to explore Arundel Location is great. Staff are friendly and the room was comfortable and clean
