"Hotels.com room types not honored"

This is as much a review about Hotels.com as it is about Courtyard Marriot. This is the second trip in a row where our room reservation was not honored by the hotel because it was booked through a third party source. We had the same problem with a hotels.com reservation at Hilton in April. Both times, irrespective of the bed combo and room type booked on hotels.com, we got handicapped bathroom and wrong bed combo. We made it work and appreciated Marriot at least giving us a complimentary roll away bed but they told us our type of reservation is “lowest priority” when it is busy. We will be hesitant to book stays at busy hotels through hotels.com.

The staff didn't do my room at the first day. The fan in the washroom was very noisy, The ellevator wasn't clean propertly.the missing bulk light in aisle.
