I will NEVER stay at this or any other Courtyard hotel again! I booked 7 nights through the reservations number on the site. When I called about my rewards, I was told it was not a qualifying stay. (pd $1101 by card) so therefore I was not entitled to reward points. The only good thing I have to say it the bed was comfy. Desk Staff was very friendly. We had no tv service for 3 nights. I booked a king suite, got a hard loveseat. Maid would not clean room one day as I had left our personal pillows on bed. She would not even clean the rest and leave the bed. As for breakfast, the Bistro was also a big disappointment . No decaf coffee and 30.02 for 2 waters, 2 thin slice French toast and a frozen burrito that had been toasted on a flattop. Only salsa was available, no sour cream.

All of the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Good location close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Will stay again.
