"Great hotel"

Great hotel, the lady at reception was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very spacious with a really comfy bed and overall real value for money

Only downside was that the restaurant and bar were closed but we were only there for 1 night and we just got a taxi to a local pub which was brilliant

I did not like anything

We did not stay the room smelt of urine and mould. The bed was full of human fluid stains and no mattress just an old quilt under the base sheet. Carpet and furniture full of stains. We were in room 15 min and went to reception to get our money back but they refused. Disgusting please do not book this hotel

"I was a little disappointed with my stay this time with it being our wedding anniversary the stay wasn’t to our expectat"

The reception area

It needs upgrading especially the executive rooms the furniture needs replacing and they need smart tv’s in there in my honest opinion the rooms need a major upgrade

Hotel was fine apart from the put me in the disabled room

Advertise bar and restaurant. No bar and no restaurant... then in the morning no breakfast. Even if the resaurant had been open, the menu is like an indian takeaway. Not a proper menu. So, not too happy
