OYO Tong Park Hotel

I love this lovely and cozy hotel because I spent a few time. Yes I had a chance to know the stuff so I can recommend this property. It’s incredible modern it’s the place where you should be if you’re looking for some nice and chilled relax time I’m very happy.

It would have to be the most disorganised and unkempt hotel we have ever stayed at. On our check in, on arrival, (and we were booked for 2 nights🤨) about 4pm, we were shown the restaurant where dinner and breakfast would be served and told the bar would open at 5pm. We were sucked up too, and given the "Executive Suite" which is just a bigger and more tired room with filthy carpet and dirty curtains, but we know we couldn't get a refund from them. After 6 pm or so, we went down to have a drink and some dinner to be told that the bar was closed and the kitchen was as well because the chef was sick! This guy told us to walk for 1 minute down the road to "The Greyhound" a local pub, yes yes, 100% 1 minute! Haha not true! It was cold and damp and we should have taken the car! Next morning, we appear for our prepaid breakfast and this was absolutely atrocious.........and no coffee! Worse breakfast I think I have ever eaten and paid for. We were assured an engineer was coming in the afternoon to fix the coffee machine so 100% we would have it for tomorrow's breakfast. Second night for dinner, we had a beautiful meal, we went to the golf club, and after a second chance breakfast of shite, with still no coffee, we went to the golf club again. If I could, I would stand at the gate to warn people to not waste their money staying in this hole. It is a disgrace and not worth any payment made.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was outstanding. We booked at the last minute Ute as our original booking had double booked our room. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The stay itself was very good — comfortable bed, spacious room, and overall a pleasant experience.

However, breakfast was a major disappointment and completely out of line with the standard of the rest of the stay. • Charged £24 for two Uber‑delivered breakfasts, which arrived cold and unappetising. • Food was not even warm, making it poor value for money. • No sugar or sweeteners available on the tables. • Coffee machine out of order, leaving no alternative drink options. Given the poor quality, lack of basic provisions, and the fact the food was delivered cold, a refund for the breakfast charge would be more than appropriate. The breakfast service was an absolute shambles, which is a real shame considering how good the stay itself was
