"Staff is the best"

I have stayed at hundreds of Marriott properties. This one stands out due to staff. Brittany is amazing as she follows exact Marriott process. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue due to staff. I am life time platinum and I am a true Marriot fan.

The pool was down, so I chose that hotel for the pool. I wish I had looked better and seen that you did not have a complimentary breakfast, or I might have gone elsewhere.

I expect more from Marriot. The tv won’t change channels and the curtains will not close. The second affects me more as I’d like to be able to close the curtains.

All of the staff members I encountered were superb in service and friendliness. Since it was a Christmas holiday, I gave them a lot of credit for providing excellent service when they could’ve been home with their family.

Everything was fine. Trash can could be larger:The trash receptacle in the room was a bit far. I think the facility should invest in larger room televisions. The 19 inch television in the room is small and outdated.

Dated and mold in the shower. The cost of a glass of wine at the bar was ridiculous! The check in women was very cold and unfriendly. The fitness center treadmills need to be replaced.
