We finally were able to get a night away without children. Brittany at the front desk was so sweet! The room was wonderful. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants. Easy access to 77. The overall stay was just wonderful. We highly recommend and will return.

Booked specifically for pool but this was under reno apparently which would have been nice to know…friendly staff, comfy bed, and conveniently located to all the things. Bring a noise machine…thin doors let you hear everything happening in the halls.

"TV system not updated."

Stayed in quite a few courtyards in the last few years. The TV system is old and out of date for a Marriott. Normally Marriott hotels have and excellent TV system but his one does not have the updated system. TV was old and there was not even a up to date channel guide. Could not watch you netflix or youtube tv account etc.

"Old and dirty"

We booked the courtyard because we had had good experiences in the past at other properties. This one was awful, it was dirty, run down, broken. Everything was dingy and we felt dirty after sleeping there. Small room that was oddly laid out with a tiny TV with no access to streaming services. There’s no continental breakfast and the food options for purchase are grim. The “Starbucks” coffee was prepared improperly and the “barista” just said she didn’t know how to make them the right way. Pretty rough stay.

I had a wonderful stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and was impressed that the shower was hot each time. The front desk staff especially during the check out was very pleasant and Orlando made sure I did not have any concerns or issues with our stay. I will definitely be back!
