You could tell they just put “band aids” on things when they break or malfunction. Our toilet started to leak from the base on our second day there. The toilet also wouldn’t flush completely. I informed hotel staff and there was no urgency to fix the problem. We left for the evening and when we returned, a towel, that looked as if it had mold on it, had being placed on the bathroom floor next to the toilet. And the toilet was still leaking. I’m so glad we were leaving the next day. When we checked out, I voiced my compliant(again) and there was no apology or concern from the employee. I will never stay here again.

Very poor.....will never come back.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is great, the room was nice and clean, very spacious, and the balcony was a plus for me!! My husband and I had a great stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

The location was convenient

The room was tired and beaten up, the place seemed like a ghost town. The air con unit didn’t even have knobs. I wasn’t able to adjust the heat or air. Wallpaper was hanging off in the hallways. The fridge didn’t work in my room, the tv remote worked …a little. The fitness center was closed for renovation yet that isn’t mentioned on the website. It seemed like I was the only guest in the entire place which seemed odd. It almost seemed shady.

The balcony was not clean and had not been clean for some time. The room smelled like a musty person.
